Job Description

The Mahaska County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for full time Civil Clerk. Knowledge/skills required but are not limited to: skills in computer use, (Word and Excel) with ability to quickly learn other county software. Candidate must be highly accurate, possess the ability to organize and prioritize work schedule and have exceptional customer service skills. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to read and speak fluent English.

Job Requirements

Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to read and speak fluent English. Successful candidates must submit to physical and drug testing. Background checks as well as criminal history checks will be done.

Job Hours

8:00AM - 4:30PM
Other hours as required by the job.
